The Marquette

The Marquette Building, designed by the St. Louis architecture partnership of Eames & Young, was completed in 1914.

The 19 story building, located in downtown St. Louis' central business district, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

It was formerly the Boatman's Bank building and, in 2007, the Marquette Building was thoughtfully renovated into downtown St. Louis' premier residential address. The Marquette offers unique amenities to its residents, such as a marble lobby, front desk staff, secure covered parking and a rooftop pool, sundeck and pet area.

Individual Marquette condos feature hardwood floors, granite counters, Bosch appliances and great views in many of the units. Just blocks from Busch Stadium, Ball Park Village, The Arch, and the Washingon Avenue Garment District with its restuarants and bars.

The Marquette should be your next home.
