St Louis is one of the most historic cities in the United States. It is so fun to walk around downtown and see the sights. I love living here. With the fantastic culture of U.S. history here, it’s no wonder so many are relocating to the St Louis area.
Being the starting point of the westward expansion makes you feel that it is part of the core of the community identity in St Louis.
St. Louis’ growth might have been slowed down in the past, but St. Louis has slowly built up their economy with new infrastructures and investments. Despite the pandemic, great new restaurants are moving downtown, the new St Louis City SC stadium is being constructed and the NGA West Headquarters is moving forward at full speed just North of downtown. Square is now a part of the vibrant downtown community that continues to evolve and lead the way for new entrepreneurial investments.

The St Louis weathered the last 2 years of the pandemic with record real estate sale and 2022 is shaping up to be a very bright for the city. Inventories are expected to grow as will prices.

With global companies being the anchor, start-up companies from the healthcare, education, and tech industries have been driving the economy. This progress has ranked St Louis one of the best cities for millennials to live. St. Louis is often referred to as Silicone Valley East
