Chase Park Plaza

Talk about history!

One of the Central West End's premier structures, the Chase was built in 1922 using an Italian Renaissance style. The price tag was a hefty $5 million which at the time was unheard of for a structure in St. Louis.

With its unique design and classic lines the Chase later merged with its neighbor the Plaza Hotel to become what we know today as the Chase Park Plaza.

Today, there are 87 luxury condominiums with private elevators to each floor, concierge and valet services, private parking and access to the full services of the hotel including the very popular Tenderloin Room.

Amazing Italian cuisine can be found at Edera just steps from the Chase on Maryland Avenue.

After dinner walk down the street to Starbuck's for a coffee and danish.

If you enjoy playing chess then the World Chess Hall of Fame is just a block's walk away.

The Chase Park Plaza offers residents the ultimate in luxury condominium living not to mention the long history that comes with the hotel including famous Hollywood celebreties and sports figures from Stan Musial to Jackie Robinson.
