Built in 1964, the Executive House has been a staple of Central West End living for over half a century.

A more modern high rise at the time is was opened in 1964, the building has been home to many residents who wanted to experience the lifestyle of the CWE.

Executive House condos feature a 24/7 doorman, heated pool and all utilities included in the monthly HOA dues. Over the years many of the units have modernized to reflect today's trends.

However, you can still find pink subway tile in bathrooms and kitchens in some of the older units just waiting for some renovation. Views from those units with a balcony offer up glorious views to downtown or Forest Park west.

Residents are within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants and the Washington University Medical School Campus.
