St. Regis Condos For Sale/Rent
Originally permitted to be built in 1908 and finished in 1911, the building has been home to some of St. Louis' most prominent residents including executives from the International Shoe Company, Brown Shoe Company, Stiefel Nicholas and The Sporting News.
The St. Regis is still one of only two Co-op condo buildings in St. Louis. St. Regis was the first true East Coast style of luxury condominiums at the turn of the 20th century and the perfect gateway to Forest Park following the 1904 World's Fair.
Today, units feature modern finishes and a killer location in the Central West End. Residents can take in a movie at the Chase Park Cinemas, walk to Whole Foods, the library, Insomnia Cookies and Starbuck's to name a few.
St. Regis is one place that must be viewed.
