West End Lofts are located on Forest Park Avenue sporting hardwood floors, euro-style cabinets, new floor to ceiling windows, natural stone countertops and stainless appliances.

Opened in 2008, they quickly became the desirable location to live on Forest Park Avenue. At the time they were built the area was just beginning to see growth.

Blocks away from the Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University Medical School Campus, the building became popular with medical school students, law students and those accepted to nursing and pharmacy school.

Recently, the development of the Cortex Innovation Community a short 5 minute walk from the building has brought added interest to this hip community. The CIC as it is often referred to is home to many of today's rising technology, bio-technology and genetic entreprenurial companies.

In 2021 Microsoft moved a large contingent of associates to a new building in the CIC less than one block away. The growing business community has brought signficant attention to the West End Lofts.
