ABC Condominiums

The ABC Condos, originally built as the Colchester apartments in 1906 reflect a great example of the Classical Revival Style after the turn of the century.

Leading the design of what is to be believed to the first apartment style building in St. Louis, William H. Andrews watched as his vision for the 5 story building came to life for a total cost of $310,000.

The apartments were converted into condominiums in 1977 and adopted the name of the ABC Condomimiums. The property offers location, design, setting, materials, workmanship, and character. They remain one of the very most desirable buildings to live within the Central West End.

Enjoy spacious two and three bedroom units highlighted by truly remarkable wood work, marble and ceramic tile appointments, curved windows and a living ambience rarely duplicated with today's modern construction.

Ideally located near the Washington University Medical School campus and across the street from the world renownded Forest Park, residents enjoy convenience and a perfect lifestyle.

Walk to Whole Foods to grocery shop, grab a new novel at the library or maybe a burger and shake at the Shake Shack.

Enjoy the annual Forest Park Balloon Race and Glow from the building's rooftop.
