Lofts at 2020

Formerly known as the Sporting News Lofts, the building is on the National Registry of Historic Places and housed the Sporting News Magazine after WWII until it moved to North Carolina in 2018.

The building was constructed in 1920 and was originally owned by Emerson Electric and played a significant role during WWII building turrets for the B-17 Flying Fortress and B-24 Liberator bombers.

The Lofts at 2020 Washington are conveniently located near all that the Downtown West district has to offer, including restaurants and shops.

This building features secure garage parking and a rooftop deck including stunning views of the city sklyine to the east, city scape to the south and breathtaking views to the west. Just two blocks from the new St. Louis City Soccer Club Stadium this building is the envy of soccer fans alike.  Soccer fans love the location of this property and clammer to claim their unit in the building.

A short 3 minute drive puts you at the doorstep of the new NGA West Headquarters just north of downtown slated to start moving employees in during 2024/2025.
