Moon Bros Carriage Lofts

Moon Brothers Carriage Lofts was originally built in 1885 as a manufacturing site for Moon Cars, building buggies, wagons, and animal drawn carriages. The building is also significant in that it represents the only known Beinke design of a property in downtown St. Louis. The building retained its integrity over the years and was renovated into lofts in the late 1990's.

The property is a boutique loft building with 43 residences. Each unit is designed in the true loft-style with brick walls, open floor plans and timber wood ceilings. Many have balconies. Building amenities include a roof-top deck for residents and a dog run. Located on the northwest part of what is downtown, Moon Bros Lofts offers a location that is close enough to all the venues and excitement of downtown without being right on Washington Avenue.

The building is across the street from the recently built Imo's Pizza company and blocks from the new NGA West headquarters.  Residents find that a short 5 minute walk takes them to Fields Foods and a few more minutes to the new St. Louis City Park, home to the St. Louis City Soccer Club.

This is one building that you must see if you love loft style living.
