Grace Lofts

The Grace Lofts building is over one century old and also known as the Lesan-Gould Building. Constructed of reinforced concrete, the building was unique when first built using the patented concrete system created by Detroit engineer, Julius Kahn.

Using an Arts and Crafts design, the structure sports enameled brick detail, banked windows and projecting cornice. The building was added to the National Registery of Historic Places in 1986 for its architectural and engineering significance.

Residents enjoy the convenience of walking to Medina, Blondie's, Rosalita's, Central Library and so many other restaurants, bars and sporting venues for the Cardinals, Blues and the new St. Louis City Soccer Club.

This is loft living on Washington Avenue.  Check it out today if only for its design and construction.
