Louderman Lofts

The Louderman Lofts building is another structure downtown with a long history. Around 1925 financier William Louderman collaborated with architectural firm, LeBeaume & Klein to construct the building on its current location at Locust and 11th.

The very conservative style of the building with buffed brick, cast iron store fronts and terra cotta trim were the talk of the town at the time. The building was home to a variety of businesses for over 74 years until its renovation into 21 beautiful, spacious lofts over looking the downtown skyline and city streets.

In 2000 it was added to the National Registry of Historic Places. Ideally located just two blocks from Schnuck's, restaurants, bars and sports venues for the Cardinals, Blues and the new St. Louis City Soccer Club, Louderman is an ideal place to call home for that urban lifestyle you have always wanted.
